When I was 18 she tried to get me un-brainwashed. She went hystarical telling me I was brainwashed and in a cult .... It back fired for me at the time and made me even "stronger" She told me it would be eisier if I was a prostite, it would be easier to help me...She even studied just to know what we were being taught. I'm sure her intentions were good. Like me I just want my brother out of there control. I know it hurts her that my Brother shunns me. We were real close. He is the only solid I had growing up. I like that Billy I should tell him to come and visit and count all the time that would make it easy to get his time... I'd love to head lock him!

My brother just asked is I was one of Jehovah's witnesses
by Found Sheep inhe lives near raleigh nc so i was a mess untill i head from him.
this being the memorial i didn't want to call but i just couldn't stop thinking if he was ok. so in talking he said "mom makes it out like you are no longer one of jehovah's witnesses.
i'm not sure of what to make that (she can say some off the wall things) that was his way of asking but he never came out and asked so i just didn't say anything.

Charlie Brown- I also had guilt thinking of how mean I was when I was in. I don't think most took it personal. I don't to those that shun me. Well sometimes I do... He's my flesh and blood! He loves the GB more then me!!! GGGRRRRRRRRRRRR

Part 2-
So I called my Mom (never JW) and told her the conversation. Turns out a few months ago my uncle died and my Brother and his family went to the funeral. They just went to the grave site being the funeral was in a church. My Mom decided to tell my SIL that she should love and not judge Found Sheep. She said God loves her and she should too. She said she had no right interfearing with a sibling relationship and the fact that we are brother and sister never changes and the love we have never does either. She said at this point the room is quiet and everyone is listening in. My one cousin chimed in that God is love and shunning is NOT love.
They left quickly after that and my SIL deleted my Mom from her facebook and looks like my brother block his WALL from me...
My Mom was afraid I would be upset with her. Not sure her "conversation" helped any but she felt she needed to defend me and I'm OK with that.

New to Site
by d ini am new here i have posted only a couple of times.i still an nervous though.
i left the witness in 2008 and am still struggling with my belief syestem .although i am now reading richard dawkins the god delusion which by the way is a really good book i am already in chapter 2.so here i am new and unsure, if i should be on this site or not..
